Hi Karen…. I want to make my friend a simple dish this Sat. She is diabetic so she won’t eat too many carbs. Got any dish suggestions?
If she likes seafood, I would suggest salmon or scallops. Salmon over a bed of lentils would be amazing. Perhaps scallops with a crisp salad?
